Nova’s Quality Assurance Program (QAP)
Our QAP utilizes planned and systematic activities to ensure the accuracy and defensibility of test results to ensure your business success.
The highly qualified and experienced personnel at Nova, quality manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and extensive documentation are key components to our QAP.
The majority of our methods are taken from recognized sources (e.g., USP, AOAC, ASTM and Standard Methods) with quality control verification used to confirm method performance. When requested, a method can be developed and validated in-house.
Nova Biologicals routinely conducts conformance audits to determine compliance with our established QAP and to offer you reliable, accurate and timely microbial testing services.
