Established in 1993, Nova Biologicals, Inc. is one of Texas' leading full-service laboratories. As a full-service testing laboratory Nova is dedicated to serving the many needs of our customers through customer-focused service, committed staff, and investment in research and development.

STAFFING EXPERTISE

Ph.D. level scientists direct laboratory activities, providing supportive services in both the technical and applied areas of operation. Nova's technical staff consists of trained and certified technologists and technicians. Supporting our technical staff is a highly skilled pool of customer service representatives.

GENERAL INFORMATION

QUALITY ASSURANCE AND GOOD LABORATORY PRACTICES
When received, all samples are assigned a unique laboratory identification number that is used on all associated data sheets, log books, and final reports. Each step of the testing process is carefully controlled to assure accurate and reliable test results. All samples are tested according to Good Laboratory Practices and established protocols or Standard Operating Procedures.

TURNAROUND TIME
Results of routine water bacteriology testing are reported in 48 - 72 hours. Arrangements may be made to provide "STAT" testing. Turnaround time for specialty microbiology testing is dependent upon the requested testing.

REPORTING
Nova's custom designed software provides the highest level of accurate and reliable reporting. Reports are available by mail, fax and/or electronic submission. Abnormal and STAT results are telephoned.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Results are released only to the client and the appropriate regulatory authority.
