Customers retain all responsibility for test results that are faxed, mailed, emailed, phoned or hand delivered.
Customers are responsible for distributing test results to their health-care provider or other customer-designated professional.
Confidentiality of test results that are faxed, mailed, emailed, phoned or hand delivered is the responsibility of the customer.
Payment is due in full at the time of service. Insurance will not be accepted and Medicare does not cover this service.
Nova Biologicals, Inc., its officers, and employees are not liable for any outcome which may result from customer participation in Direct Access Testing.
